How to grow a healthy placenta

I was curious if I could actually grow a healthy placenta just by eating healthy. I had a friend who was taking

Juice Plus and she mentioned how healthy her placenta was along with cord and vessels.

I decided on my next pregnancy I would add Juice Plus and also make sure I ate 80g of protein a day, drank 100 ounces of water a day and decrease my carb intake to under 80 a day.

When I saw my placenta I could not believe it! It was 2 inches thick and 12 inches wide. The cord was so long I could spell LOVE with it! The cord was plump and thick.

As a midwife I see many placentas all different shapes and sizes. They tell a story about your pregnancy and babies health. It's important to know you to can help your placentas health by making good choices in your pregnancy.

How to treat any symptom naturally during pregnancy

Pregnancy can be difficult when choosing the best way to treat symptoms. Today we have so many choices like over the counter, prescriptions and herbs.

Homeopathics are made from natural plants using a dilution process. These remedies are safe for the whole family. You can treat any symptom safety with homeopathics.

My favorite Homeopathic for common cold symptoms is oscilloccinum. For example if your symptoms are body ache, headache, fever, chills, sore throat and fatigue try oscilloccinum first. Always give the natural remedy a try first before going to over the counter or prescription drugs.

There are no side effects, you can't overdose and does not harm your organs. I feel safe taking homeopathics during pregnancy and giving them to my children.

Important things you should know about surrogacy

I am a 2x surrogate for the same family. I delivered a little boy in 2018 and his sister in 2021. What I learned through this process is invaluable. It was truly a blessing and a feeling of great power and strength.

My first recommendation is to find a great agency. Doing a private surrogacy can get ugly.

The agency is helpful for both the surrogate and the Intended Parents. A good agency will help with the matching process and contracts which is most important.

Secondly, matching is key to a long lasting relationship. As a surrogate know your limitations and boundaries. Who are you willing to help? What are you willing to do or not do during the pregnancy and birth? As Intended Parents what are you looking for in a surrogate? What are you willing to allow and not allow during the pregnancy and birth?

Third, If you are wanting to be a surrogate make sure you have had all the children you want before helping a family. You never know what medical complications will arise and prevent you from carrying future pregnancies.
